We accept returns & exchange requests of undamaged items within 60 days of delivery. Exchanges are available for all items, even those that have been personalized with custom text. A re-send for the new item is arranged at a 80% discount. Until further notice, there is no need to return the original item. Please note order numbers will always be in the format "OCGXXXX".
